These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Key Pro Locksmith LLC ("we", "us"), MD Locksmith License #664.
We provide pricing information before beginning work whenever possible. Final pricing may vary based on the specific hardware, vehicle, or access control system involved, and will be confirmed with you before any non-standard work begins.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, checks, and mobile payments.
We do our best to accommodate the appointment windows we provide. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at 410-589-0660.
Workmanship on installed hardware is warrantied against defects in installation for a reasonable period following service. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party modification, or normal wear. Hardware itself may carry a separate manufacturer's warranty.
To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, Key Pro Locksmith LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
