Scope
These terms govern services provided by Key Pro Locksmith LLC (“we”, “us”), Maryland Locksmith License #664.
Estimates and pricing
We give a price before starting work. Final pricing can vary with the specific hardware, vehicle, or access control system, and any change is confirmed with you before non-standard work begins.
Payment
Payment is due when the service is complete unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, checks, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Scheduling and cancellation
We do our best to keep the arrival windows we give. To reschedule or cancel, contact us as soon as possible at 410-589-0660.
Identification
For lockouts and key replacement we ask for ID or proof of ownership before opening a lock or making a key. We may decline a job when ownership or authorization cannot be confirmed.
Warranty
Workmanship on installed hardware is warranted against installation defects for a reasonable period after service. The warranty does not cover misuse, third-party modification, or normal wear. Hardware may carry a separate manufacturer’s warranty.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, Key Pro Locksmith LLC’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
